While a media kit and rate card promptly will be sent, we have provided some information below to facilitate the inclusion and placement of your advertising materials.

Opportunities to advertise are available in the form of 300x250 banners. Said banners appear in the middle of the homepage, as well as in a three-high column along the right rail of every content-level page. Banners must be submitted electronically, in either .GIF, .JPEG, or .SWF format, and must not exceed 75Kb. Additionally, sponsorship opportunities are available on the flip-side of all hard-copy promotional literature we distribute. Please inquire with the account executive with whom you are working about details pertaining to distribution of said literature.

As banners are hyperlinked directly to each advertiser's website, it is incumbent upon each advertiser to ensure their website is operational. Aventura Business Monthly shall not be responsible for lost click-throughs in the event an advertier's website is offline or inaccessible for any reason.

All advertising is subject to approval. Advertising copy may not, under any condition whatsoever, contain images or messages that our readers or management find objectionable. Therefore, all materials must be free of anything that reasonably could or would be construed as sexually suggestive, offensive, or otherwise insensitive. We reserve the right at our absolute discretion, and at any time, to cancel any advertising order or reject any advertising copy, whether or not the same has already been acknowledged and/or previously published. In the event of such cancellation or rejection, advertising already run shall be paid for at the rate that would apply if the entire order were published.

In the event of errors in, or omissions of any advertisement(s), including those caused by force majeure, our liability shall be limited to a refund of the amount paid for the space of the error and shall not exceed the total amount paid to us.

Advertiser and its Agency, if applicable, each represent that any advertising submitted complies with all applicable laws and regulations and does not violate the rights of, and is not harmful to, any person, corporation, or other entity. In the event an order is placed by an Agency on behalf of Advertiser, such Agency warrants and represents that it has full right and authority to place such order on behalf of Advertiser and that all legal obligations arising out of the placement of the advertisement will be binding on both Advertiser and Agency.

Advertiser and its Agency, if there be one, agree to be jointly and severally liable for the payment of all bills and charges incurred. Advertiser and/or Agency agrees to reimburse Aventura Business Monthly for its attorneys' fees and costs in collecting any unpaid charge or portion of the charge for any advertisement. Our agency commission is 15% to recognized agencies.
